I would HIGHLY recommend this product for people with wavy, curly, springy, and curly hair. It not only defines your curls it also add shine. Unlike gel it didn't leave my hair stiff, but rather each curl was plush and hydrated. The smell wasn't bad just too strong for me at first, yet my boyfriend at the time told me I smelt good so it was no longer a problem :P (eventually my nose go used to it). The only negative thing I have to say is that it is too oil, but that could also be due to the fact that I put too much of the product in my hair lol. With any type of curly hair regardless of race it is important for your hair to be able to retain some form of moisture so the extra oil isn't so much of a bad thing when its helping it in the end. When applying this product I just recommend putting it into your damp hair in sections after you have put in you leave-in conditioner. And finally *DRUM ROLL* It was no more than $7. Unlike Kinky-Kurly, Miss Jessie, As I Am, and Carols Daughter....IT IS affordable and gets the job done :) I look forward to buying more of their products.
